In some instances if there is a letter with Tanween and next letter is Hamza then the Tanween ٌ ٍ ً is written into two separate components: (1) Tanween ًٌٍ will change to corresponding single vowel َُِ (2) a tiny Nun with Kasrah is written under letter Hamza . This substitution is generally provided in most manuscripts of the Holy Qur’aan.
