Mushaddah  Tashdid   ّ-
A Tashdid ّ- sign over a letter represents two of the same letter (Double consonant). The first letter having sukoon ْ- and the second letter having its short vowel. The two letters must be distinctly pronounced twice; first letter having sukoon ْ- must be joint with previous letter as a single (syllable) sound. Tashdid ّ- sign is called ‘Mushaddad’
