When a letter has a Kasrah   ِ-   and the next letter is “Ya” saakin   يْ   the sound of letters having Kasrah   ِ-  and  ya  saakin  يْ   is lengthened by two measures of haarakah. “ii” (Compare the sound with screen qa007 which measures as a single haarakah)
